Meet Our Team

Jane is our front office receptionist and financial coordinator. She has been in the dental field for 38 years, 29 of which were with the same dentist in the Poconos. Jane was born and raised in Coatesville to parents Wilbur and Millie Miller. She has 5 brothers and 1 sister.

Jane moved to the Poconos for 30 years and returned back to the area in 2010. She has a married daughter and married son, two granddaughters, two great-grandsons, two step-grandsons, and one step great-grandson.

In her spare time, Jane enjoys craft shows, country music shows, cleaning, and spending time with her family. She has enjoyed the pleasure of working with Dr. Berstecher and team for the past 7 years. Jane like getting to know our patients and making new friends.

Sharon is an expanded function dental assistant. She started her dental assisting career graduating from the Lancaster County Vocational Tech School in 1976, joining Dr. Berstecher’s team in 1982. After taking a sabbatical to raise her four daughters, she returned in 2005 and graduated from Harcum’s Expanded Function Dental Assistant’s program in 2008.

Sharon loves the creative side of dentistry, using so many new techniques, products, and technology. She also enjoys our patients and has formed many friendships.

In her spare time, Sharon enjoys spending time with her family, bike riding, travelling, flea markets, and reading.

Cee first became interested in the dental field as a patient at the UPenn Dental School, seeing firsthand all the different procedures that were going on. In her senior year (1999) in high school she graduated from the Lancaster County Career and the Technical Center’s Dental Assisting Program. She graduated from Williamsport Penn College as a registered dental hygienist in 2002.

Cee has been practicing as an R.D.H. for over 15 years and has been a member of Dr. Berstecher’s team since 2005. She finds it amazing how quickly time has gone by. Through the years children have grown up, students graduate, move away, get married, and start families of their own. Elderly patients pass on ahead of us. Although Cee feels it’s important to educate our patients in proper oral hygiene care, it is equally important to get to know each patient for who they are. She loves that part of her job and hopes to continue building relationships with everyone.

Outside of dentistry, Cee loves to spend time with her family, read, and watch movies. She is fascinated by people of different cultures and loves to travel and see how others live. Cee is active in her church’s missions and children’s programs. She is thankful to have the opportunity to go on mission trips, during some of which she could use her hygiene skills, including several times Dr. Berstecher’s team served in Appalachia. Cee hopes to continue being able to use her knowledge and skills as a way to open doors to show love to others and share what she has been blessed with.

Michelle is a Registered Dental Hygienist that has been with the practice 21 years. Michelle began her hygiene career in 1996 and has been a member of Dr. Berstecher’s team since 1998. She enjoys getting to know her patients and their families and strives to edicate and help make them feel comfortable.

She lives in Stevens with her husband, Josh, and two children, Craig and Corinne. She likes spending time with her family and their two cats.

In her spare time, Michelle enjoys weekend trips to the family cabin along the Susquehanna River. She is also active in her church serving with Joy Belle club. She loves to spend time outdoors.

Debbie is an Expanded Function Dental Assistant. She graduated from the Willow Street C.T.C.’s dental assisting program in 1992 and their expanded function dental assistant program in 2012. In 2009, Debbie also received her certification as a Cardiac Technician from Harrisburg Community College.

Debbie has been a member of Dr. Berstecher’s team since 2013. She lives in Lititz with her husband and two sons. She enjoys being with friends and family and also enjoys camping.

Raina is our newest team member serving as an Expanded Function Dental Assistant. She comes with experience of over 23 years in the dental field.

Raina was born and raised in Wilmington, DE and has been living here in Lancaster county for 25 years. Raina is married and has 2 daughters, 3 dogs, and a cat.

She enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors. Her favorite place is the beach.
